1. Twine, cordage, rope or cables, of sisal or other textile fibres of ‘agave’, of jute or other textile bast fibres and hard leaf fibres (excluding binder or baler twine)

2. For the purposes of this Directive, bast fibres obtained from the following species shall be treated in the same way as jute: Hibiscus cannabinus, Hibiscus sabdariffa, Abutilon avicennae, Urena lobata, Urena sinuata
